How to import users?
How to import users in Admin panel?
Step 1 – Login to your EBC Reader Campus Edition.
Step 2 – Click on the Site Administration as shown in the image below:
Step 3 – In the Admin Page, click on Manage Users to add new users as shown in the image below:
Step 4 – Now, click on Add/Update Users as shown in the image below:
Add/Update Individual Users
Step 1 – Click on Add/Update Individual Users
Step 2 – Fill the user details in the pop-up for adding individual user as shown in the image below:
Step 3 – User added successfully.
Step 1 – Click on Download CSV Template to download CSV file to fill details of all users.
Step 2 – After saving the details of users in CSV template, click on Import Users as shown in the image below:
Step 3 – Upload the bulk user CSV file, select Year of users and click Save as shown in the image below:
That's it, you have successfully added the users.
An email will be sent to all the Users with steps to setup their own password to login. Incase, the email has been not been received please ask users to check their SPAM or JUNK email boxes.
They can now go to, www.ebcreader.com and access the service. (Access will be limited to the IP access ranges).
